1. Who We Are
Mindset AI Kids Academy ("we", "us", "our") runs the Kids Holiday AI Creative Academy 2026, an online educational program for children aged 8–16. You can contact us at hello@mindsetkids.ai. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
When a parent or guardian enrolls a child, we collect:
- Parent/guardian details: name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number.
- Child details: first name, age, computer-experience level, and any support needs or notes you choose to share.
- Technical data: basic, anonymous analytics such as pages visited and device type, if analytics are enabled.
We intentionally collect the minimum information needed to deliver the program. We never ask children to provide personal information directly.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process enrollment and arrange payment.
- To create and manage your child's learning portal (LMS) access.
- To communicate about sessions, schedules, recordings and important updates.
- To keep children safe and supported during live sessions.
- To improve our program and website.
4. Lawful Basis
We process personal data on the basis of the contract to deliver the program you enroll in, your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), and our legitimate interests in running and improving a safe educational service.
5. Children's Privacy
Children's data is only ever provided by a parent or guardian during enrollment. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Live sessions are mentor-led and supervised, and we teach children safe, responsible use of technology.
6. AI Tools & Third-Party Services
During the program, children are introduced to age-appropriate creative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva and CapCut) under supervision. We do not upload children's personal data to these tools, and we follow each tool's minimum age and usage guidance.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the program (for example, payment and email providers), or where required by law.
8. Data Retention
We keep enrollment information only as long as necessary to deliver the program and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mindsetkids.ai and we'll respond promptly.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.
11. Cookies
Our website uses only essential functionality and, optionally, privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
