1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern enrollment in and attendance of the Kids Holiday AI Creative Academy 2026 ("the Program") provided by Mindset AI Kids Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms.

2. Eligibility

The Program is designed for children aged 8–16. Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, who confirms they have authority to enroll the child.

3. Enrollment & Payment

  • The Program fee is £300 per child for the full 8-week course.
  • A place is confirmed only once payment is received. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
  • All fees are stated in GBP (£) and are inclusive of the sessions, recordings, materials, certificate and portfolio described on our website.

4. The Program

The Program runs from 1 July to 31 August 2026 and includes two live online sessions per week, recorded for replay, plus guided self-practice. We may make reasonable adjustments to the schedule, content or tools, and will give advance notice of any significant changes.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund, provided the Program has not yet started.
  • After the Program begins, refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis at our reasonable discretion.
  • If we cancel the Program for any reason, you will receive a full refund of fees paid for any sessions not delivered.

6. Parent & Child Responsibilities

  • Provide a suitable device, a stable internet connection and access to Google Meet.
  • Provide appropriate supervision and support for younger children during sessions.
  • Ensure your child behaves respectfully towards mentors and other participants.

7. Online Safety & Conduct

We provide a safe, supervised, mentor-led environment. We may remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe or harmful to others, without refund where appropriate.

8. AI & Third-Party Tools

The Program introduces age-appropriate creative AI and design tools under supervision. These tools are owned by third parties and subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

Course materials, recordings and content remain the property of Mindset AI Kids Academy and are provided for personal, non-commercial learning only. Work created by your child during the Program belongs to your child/family.

10. Media & Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded for replay by enrolled families. We will not publicly share images, recordings or work featuring your child without your separate, explicit consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

We deliver the Program with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Program. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, which applies to new enrollments.
